6th ANNUAL SAFARI RIVER RUN

South West Oregon is rich with opportunities for outdoor recreations. Winston, Oregon, The Winston Dillard Area Chamber of Commerce and Winston Area Special Projects is proud to offer Motor Cyclist the 6th Annual Safari River Run.

This year's rout will be different than those of the past. Starting at Harrison's Hardware westward out highway 42 to Coos Bay then north on HWY 101 to Winchester Bay. Next, a major right hand turn eastward on HWY 138 to Arlene's in Elkton. Upon reaching Interstate 5 the rout heads south back to Winston and the Wild Life Safari for more fun, music and a BBQ dinner.

As a bunch of bike rides are, this one includes prizes, pins, tee shirts and poker run. There is a nominal registration fee and the promoters are offering a discount for those registering prior to 9-01-07.

The Ride date is September 8, 2007 and blast off is scheduled for 8:AM.
